Meaning there was no compensation or replacement for closing late and causing us the temporary buydown with their affiliated lender. We accepted this offer and requested to move to our lender who could provide the temporary buydown but Century refused to honor the 10k reduction they offered. Since we were not closing in February and the affiliated lender could no longer offer the temporary buydown since the loan was no longer closing in December, Century offered $4k of the sales price and $6k towards a landscape package or $10k off the sales price. so long after being lured into contract with these promises, Century informed us we would not be closing in February. Our home was a quick close scheduled to close in December with a 1% temporary buydown with Centuries affiliated lender. The Construction team has been a pleasure to work with and 's customer service is great! The one and only part that turned this nearly perfect/amazing experience to good is Century Homes financing department lack of commitment to the original agreement.

Our walk thru before the delivery of our home we addressed most of the mistakes that were left to finish and a HUGE thanks to our superintendents ( and ) our home was delivered to how we expected. Now to our home, we are very in love with our home is everything we expect and more. Century is very lucky to have someone like. First off I would like to express that dealing with our sale agent frusco was the most easiest process of buying our home we were very pleased to have had her as our sales agent the most attentive and caring sales agent we have ever had not only was she very helpful she also was there for us at any given moment we had or needed anything answer. We’re so glad we were able to have gotten the opportunity to purchase our beautiful home from century communities.
